Why Therapy?
The things we find difficult in life come in many guises and can be really challenging to navigate alone; you may want some support with a life event or transition, you may be experiencing anxiety, depression or low self-esteem (to name a few common issues), or be feeling unsatisfied with your relationships, you might be feeling stuck or want to explore and better understand who you are and what you want from life.
Whatever your reasons for seeking support right now, I can offer you a respectful, empathic and non-judgmental space for you to come and talk about what you are finding challenging in life.
We will explore together, at a safe pace which suits you, what brings you to therapy and what might be standing in the way of you living the life you want. We will discover what change might look like for you and I will support you to experiment with new strategies and behaviours which will help you to create lasting change and help you to thrive.
Online Therapy
Online therapy works much like traditional therapy, but sessions take place via video from the comfort of your own space instead of in a practice.
It offers the same benefits as face-to-face work, with added convenience and flexibility. There’s no travel, you can join from familiar surroundings, and sessions can happen at a time and pace that suit you.
It also offers greater privacy, as you choose who knows you’re accessing therapy without the worry of being seen entering a practice.
Outdoor Therapy
Outdoor therapy offers a different way to explore your thoughts and feelings by taking the process outside.
Many people find it easier and less intense to talk while walking side by side, with gentle movement supporting a calmer, more grounded state. But it’s more than a change of setting, nature becomes part of the work.
Time in natural surroundings boosts wellbeing and helps you explore your experiences with greater clarity and ease.
Constellations
A constellation helps reveal and release hidden patterns and behaviours that keep you feeling stuck and limited. We explore your issue, map the influences, and work with the web of connections shaping it deeply.
The session uncovers unconscious dynamics and supports emotional, mental, and behavioural shifts for lasting change.
Time is then given to process and integrate fully, allowing meaningful transformation to take hold within you.
