I run a number of group / course events developed for a range of different people.  Take a look at the event listings below to find out if there is something that will suit you.

Find your inner calm and confidence in this six week experiential group course.
The course walks you through the theory of how connection supports your wellbeing and incorporates practical strategies for connecting with self, other and environment in order to reduce stress and anxiety, promote an inner feeling of calm and confidence, and enhance your sense of community.
Each session will last 90 mins and will be held in an outdoor environment (whatever the weather).

As a therapist you know that you need to look after yourself first in order to have the resources to be fully available for your clients.

The realities of being a self-employed therapist are that you work a lot of hours, not only seeing clients, but also working on the day to day running of your business and this can all take its toll on your energy. It can also leave you feeling isolated and exhausted.

You know as a therapist that having a strong support network and opportunities to engage with activities which support your wellbeing are essential in avoiding this.

Our group meets every Wednesday morning to tackle some of this with you.

The group combines nature connection activities to enhance your wellbeing, a walk to help you increase your step count for the day, and the opportunity to network with other local colleagues.

Join us to learn some new ways of looking after yourself, have some fun, look after your fitness, get some peer supervision and connect to a wider group of colleagues.
