How can an organisational constellation help your business?
Organisational constellations are a powerful, unique method to analyse complex problems, find sustainable solutions and untangle the energy caught up in torsions within the organisational system in order to take the necessary steps to create positive, long lasting change.
They bring deeper insight than classic analysis and often reveal the source of a problem and the solutions in shorter time.
Organisational constellations are not suitable for use in crisis situations, however they can be used for analysis purposes or to gain insight into a decision you need to make as a leader.
They can also bring new resolutions to the company and release energy and resources in the organization.
How do they work?
Constellations are most often done as singular, stand alone support session.
The sessions last approximately two to four hours and are done face to face in an indoor environment.
The session is made up of three sections –
- Discovery and mapping – we will talk about what your presenting issue is and get a good feel for what might be at play in your organisational web as well as identifying the significant influences which may be impacting the issue.
- Playing out the constellation – we will work with this map to identify the torsions in the organisation’s systemic web and take steps to address the unconscious issues at play.
- Time for ingtegration – there will be time at the end to process and make sense of what has unfolded and talk briefly about next steps should that be appropriate.
